CHARLIE BEARS ISABELLE COLLECTION 2010 - PRE-ORDER INFORMATION
Charlie Bears have now launched this much awaited collection and we are taking pre-orders. Charlie Bears have told us the bears themselves will come into stock between now and July 2011. We get deliveries roughly every 2 weeks but Charlie Bears can't tell us which bears will come in on which delivery. So if you pre-order please be patient as it could be some months before your chosen bear is in stock.
We are a full stockist of the Isabelle collection and will get supplies of every bear. You can pre-order any item now without deposit. Please note we do however require valid credit/debit card details with your pre-order but your card will not be charged until we have received your chosen item from Charlie Bears (our Gold Club members please note we do not require card details from you). If you pre-order from us your order is guaranteed and binding and we will send you a letter confirming your order and clearly showing the payment that will be charged to your card upon completion of your order.
In summary ring us on 01643 702333 (10.30-4.30) to pre-order, please be sure to provide name, address, daytime phone number and valid credit/debit card details. When you ring we will tell you immediately if your chosen bear still has availability and confirm your order.
Finally (and very respectfully), please don't pre-order from us if you are putting your name down at a number of retailers for the same bear. You order with us is guaranteed so you will get your chosen bear. There will not be enough of these bears to go around genuine collectors so please be fair to your fellow bear lovers and only pre-order where your order is guaranteed as it is with us.

Due to our location our shop opening times are seasonal meaning we actually close for certain days in the winter months (please note web orders/messages are unaffected by the shop opening hours).
